How I became a trainer: I started strength training as an escape from personal issues in my life. I wanted to know more so I began seeking out professionals in the industry to learn from and train with. I received my personal training certification in 2021 and have been training as much as possible. I love helping women prioritize their health and become strong and confident.

How I became a trainer: I was insecure and unhappy with myself so I decided to take action. I started losing weight on my own in 2019 and decided to hire a personal trainer in 2021. I learned that through progressive overload and being consistent, I would become successful at reaching my fitness goals. I started doing more research and started pursuing different personal training opportunities to further my knowledge and growth.
